Element Dermatology is looking for a welcoming, organized, and compassionate Dermatology Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them check in, manage appointments, navigate insurance, and feel at ease.Whether you&rsquo;re a seasoned medical receptionist or looking to build a career in healthcare, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Job Responsibilities: 1. Reception &amp; Patient Support<ul><li>Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and empathy</li><li>Answer phone calls and messages using modern systems (e.g., Klara, EHR)</li><li>Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently</li><li>Provide clear, friendly guidance on services, timing, and next steps</li><li>Actively listen to patient concerns and help resolve them promptly</li></ul>2. Insurance &amp; Billing Support<ul><li>Verify insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments</li><li>Clearly explain copays and financial responsibilities to patients</li><li>Support billing inquiries, self-pay claims, and collections efforts</li><li>Minimize administrative errors through accurate data entry</li></ul>3.
