<div>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gold Buyer to join our team. This role involves working directly with customers to evaluate and purchase precious metals while providing a professional, respectful, and transparent experience. Training will be provided; prior precious metal buying experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
$15 - $18
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>
Evaluate gold and other precious metals accurately and ethically</li><li>
Enter customer and transaction information into computer systems</li><li>
Maintain organized records and documentation</li><li>
Communicate clearly with customers and team members</li><li>
Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines</li><li>
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul> 
Qualifications:
Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
Strong computer literacy
</li><li>Fast and accurate typing skills</li><li>
Excellent communication and listening skills</li><li>
Patient, professional, and customer-focused demeanor</li><li>
Highly detail-oriented and organized</li><li>
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>
Precious metal or jewelry buying experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul>
