Gold Buyer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gold Buyer to join our team. This role involves working directly with customers to evaluate and purchase precious metals while providing a professional, respectful, and transparent experience. Training will be provided; prior precious metal buying experience is a plus, but not required.

$15 - $18

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Evaluate gold and other precious metals accurately and ethically
• Enter customer and transaction information into computer systems
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong computer literacy
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Patient, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Precious metal or jewelry buying experience is a plus, but not required
