Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, outgoing, self-motivated Gold Buyer with strong sales instincts and customer service skills. This role will require you to work in different stores in the area. This role involves working directly with clients who are selling gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and coins. You will guide customers through the selling process, evaluate items according to company standards, and ensure each interaction feels professional and respectful.

This position also includes general office responsibilities and requires comfort handling both phone and in-person conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers interested in selling precious metals and related items
• Test, evaluate, and price items based on established company guidelines
• Explain the buying process clearly and confidently to customers
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to in-person inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and handle general office tasks
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable learning valuation basics and following structured pricing standards
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
