Job Summary: 
We are seeking a reliable Staffing Coordinator to manage daily staffing needs in a long-term care facility. This role ensures proper coverage for all shifts, responds to call-outs, and maintains accurate scheduling and attendance records to support quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare and maintain staff schedules for nursing and support staff</li><li>
Monitor daily staffing levels and arrange coverage for call-outs and absences</li><li>
Coordinate overtime, per diem, and agency staff as needed</li><li>
Maintain accurate scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping records</li><li>
Communicate staffing needs with nursing leadership and staff</li><li>
Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and facility policies</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1&ndash;2 years of scheduling or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays</li><li>
Proficiency with scheduling and timekeeping systems</li></ul>
Compensation: $23/hr, plus excellent benefits.</div>
