Job Description: 
How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact at Rehmann:<ul><li>
Utilize your organizational and time-management skills by providing high level clerical / administrative support to our department leaders</li><li>
Supporting local events and sponsorships, including venue selection, invitations, ordering food, name badges, swag purchases, etc.</li><li>
Coordinating registrations, payments and approvals for event participation</li><li>
Maintaining marketing materials, giveaways, collateral and supplies in the office</li><li>
Assembling physical and digital sales packets as needed for advisors</li><li>
Being a local liaison to the corporate marketing team</li><li>
Identifying office associates and activities for social media and public relations use</li><li>
Assisting with Salesforce updates, PowerPoint presentations, prospect / client list creation, etc.</li><li>
Prepare documents, correspondence and reports to support our teams</li><li>
Schedule appointments and meetings, prepare meeting rooms and assist with answering phone calls</li><li>
Manage and maintain electronic databases to track jobs and produce reports for prompt delivery of information to clients and internal teams</li><li>
Act as an office-wide resource to support all associates with client service</li><li>
Provide administrative support for the office</li></ul> 
 Your Desired Skills, Values &amp; Experiences:<ul><li>
Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe programs</li><li>
Experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment</li><li>
Attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills</li><li>
Scan/upload documents and cover the front desk as needed</li><li>
Demonstrates and fosters a pattern of positive interactions with other associates at all levels and positions and works within a team environment.</li><li>
Ability to display a professional demeanor and business etiquette at all times</li><li>
Ability to quickly learn and master different software programs</li><li>
Ability to work within a team environment</li><li>
Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to internal clients</li><li>
Demonstrates ability to handle communications in a discreet and confidential manner.</li><li>
Able to prioritize work, manage time, and work in a due-date driven environment.</li></ul>
