If you are highly motivated, positive, and interested in developing your sales, marketing, and brand management skills, our Sales Support Associate role is for you!Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities: <ul><li>Spark conversations with potential customers through engagement and outreach initiatives to evaluate their service questions</li><li>Educate and explain AT&amp;T&rsquo;s products and services with clear communication, showing customers how these solutions and products fit their requests</li><li>During assessment, recommendcustomers with personalized solutions that genuinely improve their experience</li><li>Keep accurate records, follow up on leads, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression</li><li>Work with the team to strategies sales, improve outreach evaluations, share best practices, and learn more in depth skills</li><li>Keep up with promotions, products, and trends to provide top-notch guidance to every customer.</li></ul>Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications: <ul><li>A high school diploma is required</li><li>1-2 years of prior proven experience working in a customer service role, a retail and/or hospitality environment, enrollment or sales role is a plus</li><li>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential to support AT&amp;T customers across diverse communities</li><li>Reliable transportation is a must</li><li>Ability to connect with customers and comfortable conducting outreach</li><li>Willingness to learn and advance with in a role to take on more responsibilities</li><li>Time management skills to address customers questions and concerns</li><li>Exceptional adaptability and problem solving skills</li></ul>The Customer Enrollment Representative position isn't just a &quot;job&quot;&mdash;it's a launchpad for your career.
