At our company, as a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will be on the front lines of building relationships with potential and existing customers. The responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative is to educate, engage, and enroll customers in AT&T’s services while delivering an exceptional experience. This Customer Enrollment Representative role is perfect for anyone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

We are looking for our Customer Enrollment Representative to work with our team to become knowledgeable in this role. This includes learning all the services we offer which range from wireless, internet, entertainment and more! The telecommunications industry is constantly learning and developing and so is our Customer Enrollment Representative position. Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

  • Spark conversations with potential customers through engagement and outreach initiatives to evaluate their service questions
  • Educate and explain AT&T’s products and services with clear communication, showing customers how these solutions and products fit their requests
  • During assessment, recommendcustomers with personalized solutions that genuinely improve their experience
  • Keep accurate records, follow up on leads, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • Work with the team to strategies sales, improve outreach evaluations, share best practices, and learn more in depth skills
  • Keep up with promotions, products, and trends to provide top-notch guidance to every customer.

Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • 1-2 years of prior proven experience working in a customer service role, a retail and/or hospitality environment, enrollment or sales role is a plus
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential to support AT&T customers across diverse communities
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Ability to connect with customers and comfortable conducting outreach
  • Willingness to learn and advance with in a role to take on more responsibilities
  • Time management skills to address customers questions and concerns
  • Exceptional adaptability and problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
