The Quality Control Technician I will play a crucial role in ensuring all Reily Foods Products meet all customer and regulatory standards ensuring a food safe and consistent product.<br>

<div>Responsibilities:
</div></div><ul><li><div>Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods</div></li><li><div>
Understand product specifications, food safety and legal requirements and perform complete quality tests and analyses using appropriate tools and equipment</div></li><li><div>
Utilize Digital Production System (Redzone) to complete quality compliance documents, launch ad hoc data sheets and communicate with support functions</div></li><li><div>
Monitor and ensure production checks are completed for specified area
</div></li><li><div>Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions</div></li><li><div>
Calibrate and use all quality equipment for specified area</div></li><li><div>
Learn and maintain customer standards for product specifications and acceptable quality</div></li><li><div>
Assist in cupping and other lab functions</div></li><li><div>
Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety training and safety system ownership initiatives</div></li><li><div>
Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; reports any injury, accident, or unsafe condition to supervisor immediately</div></li><li><div>
Support and comply with GMP&rsquo;s; understand and follow emergency action plan</div></li><li><div>
Support food safety, quality, and legality</div></li><li><div>
Ensure the operation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements</div></li><li><div>

High school diploma or GED</div></li><li><div>
Machine quality or food production experience preferred</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of GFSI audit schemes, such as BRC and SQF and understanding of legal food safety requirements</div></li><li><div>
Technical skills include the ability to calibrate testing equipment, using RedZone manufacturing software, and become certified in Quality areas</div></li><li><div>
Interpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management skills, strong attention to details with ability to follow standardized procedures</div></li><li><div>
Leadership skills include a positive attitude, being a team player and self-leadership</div></li></ul><p>

</p><div><div><b>Job Description: The Line Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment within the manufacturing facility and ensuring that quality products are produced timely and efficiently.</b></div></div><div><div><br>
Responsibilities:
</div></div><ul><li><div>Operate production equipment efficiently according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP&rsquo;s), and food/employee safety requirements and guidelines to meet daily labor and waste goals as planned and driven by management</div></li><li><div>
Utilize Digital Production System (Redzone) to track downtime, perform quality compliance documents and communicate with support functions</div></li><li><div>
Complete change overs for their assigned equipment and/or production line</div></li><li><div>

Mayonnaise Line Operator

<div><p>The Operations Administrator provides administrative and logistical support for the operations management team contributing to the entire operation&rsquo;s efficiency and overall success.<br>
</p><p><br>
<b>Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Oversee office management including but not limited to ordering PPE and office supplies, greeting and directing visitors to appropriate team members, mailing letters/packages, and receive/distribute mail to team members
</li><li>Prepare conference rooms for meetings and order lunch</li><li>
Assist with expense reporting, setting up new vendors, invoices and follows up with vendors</li><li>
Assist with data entry projects, updates to systems (i.e. Redzone, D365)</li><li>
Verify Redzone/AX data for accuracy daily</li><li>
Pull and post Redzone reports and other required reports
</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety training and safety system ownership initiatives</li><li>

Highly organized with strong level of attention to detail</li><li>
Strong communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>
