Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct in-home nursing assessments for clients receiving home care services in Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield and nearby County. This role focuses on initial and follow-up assessments, documentation, and communication with our care coordination team. No routine bedside or shift work is required.This position is ideal for an RN looking for flexible, per-visit work in a field-based setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform in-home nursing assessments for new and existing clients</li><li>Complete all required assessment documentation accurately and on time</li><li>Observe and report changes in client condition</li><li>Coordinate findings with administrative and care teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with Virginia state regulations and Medicaid requirements</li><li>Maintain professional and respectful interaction with clients and families</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Virginia</li><li>Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or community nursing preferred)</li><li>Strong assessment and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage visit schedules efficiently</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Comfortable with electronic documentation systems</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Flexible scheduling based on assessment needs</li><li>Compensation per completed visit</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Flexible, per-visit schedule</li><li>No shift work, overnight, or on-call requirements</li><li>Supportive administrative team</li><li>Meaningful work serving clients in their homes</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease apply through Indeed with your resume.
