Maintenance Technician &ndash; Multifamily Housing (Full-Time) Hartford County, CTWe are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and unit turns across multiple multifamily buildings throughout Hartford County. This is a full-time, field-based role for someone who knows apartment maintenance and can work independently.This role is NOT entry-level.REQUIREMENTS (Please read carefully)<ul><li>2+ years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable car required</li><li>Must own and use personal hand tools</li><li>Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps for work orders and communication</li><li>Ability to work independently across multiple properties</li><li>Comfortable with physical work and daily travel</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Handle daily maintenance requests and repairs</li><li>Plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs</li><li>Apartment turnovers and minor renovations</li><li>Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites</li><li>Communicate clearly with management on job status</li></ul>Nice to Have (Not Required)<ul><li>Section 8 or subsidized housing experience</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Full-time, steady work</li><li>Materials provided (hand tools are your responsibility)</li></ul>Apply if you know apartment maintenance, show up on time, and fix things the right way the first time.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at least 2 years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience?</li><li>Do you have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation you can use daily for work?</li><li>Do you own and regularly use your own hand tools for maintenance work?</li><li>Are you comfortable traveling daily between multiple properties throughout Hartford County?</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
