Property Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – Multifamily Housing (Full-Time)
Hartford County, CT

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and unit turns across multiple multifamily buildings throughout Hartford County. This is a full-time, field-based role for someone who knows apartment maintenance and can work independently.

This role is NOT entry-level.

REQUIREMENTS (Please read carefully)

• 2+ years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car required
• Must own and use personal hand tools
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps for work orders and communication
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties
• Comfortable with physical work and daily travel

What You’ll Do

• Handle daily maintenance requests and repairs
• Plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Apartment turnovers and minor renovations
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with management on job status

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Section 8 or subsidized housing experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
