Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule HVAC service appointments, ensuring timely dispatch of technicians based on priority and skill set</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and vendors via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times</li><li>Utilize transportation management systems such as Corrigo, inventory, and fleet movements</li><li>Manage shipping &amp; receiving processes for parts and equipment, ensuring accurate data entry and inventory control</li><li>Monitor fleet management systems including GPS and GIS tools to optimize routes and improve transportation efficiency</li><li>Assist with freight management, including coordinating third-party logistics (3PL) providers for timely delivery of supplies</li><li>Maintain detailed records through data entry in AS400 and other logistics platforms while adhering to high standards of accuracy and efficiency</li><li>Support analysis of transportation planning data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings</li><li>Handle dispatching tasks with precision, ensuring all service requests are prioritized correctly and communicated clearly to technicians</li><li>Provide exceptional support in logistics coordination for HVAC parts, equipment shipments, and service schedules</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems), GPS (Global Positioning System), transportation management systems, and logistics principles</li><li>Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management, SyteLine, AS400, and other supply chain software tools</li><li>Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret transportation data for strategic decision-making</li><li>Effective dispatching skills with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction</li><li>Experience with freight management, shipping &amp; receiving processes, and fleet management systems</li><li>Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems</li><li>Accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail in platforms like Data Entry modules or equivalent systems</li><li>Familiarity with 3PL providers and transportation planning strategies to optimize supply chain operations</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude</li></ul>Join us as a Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator where your energy, organization skills, and passion for logistics will propel our service excellence forward!
