In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish and English -speaking customers, helping them find the right sign supply products and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to order fulfillment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love learning new products, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish</li><li>Answer inquiries from customers concerning products, their uses, distribution, and provide solutions/recommendations.</li><li>Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability for sign and graphics supplies (Training will be provided)</li><li>Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately</li><li>Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach</li><li>Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog, including vinyl, substrates, laminates, inks, tools, and related sign supply materials</li><li>Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - required</li><li>Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers</li><li>Warm, professional, and polished interpersonal skills</li><li>Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li><li>Coachable and open to feedback from team members and leadership</li><li>Strong communication skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</li><li>Comfortable with order management systems and basic computer applications</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in the sign supply, graphics, or print industry is a strong plus</li><li>Familiarity with products such as vinyl wraps, banners, substrates, plotters, or wide-format printing materials</li><li>Previous customer service or call center experience</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A supportive, team-oriented work environment</li><li>Product training and ongoing professional development</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the company</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li></ul>If you're a quick learner with a positive mindset who's ready to jump in and make an impact, we'd love to connect with you.
