Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in the execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on driving engagement and brand awareness across multiple channels. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in all marketing efforts.Duties<ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.</li><li>Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.</li><li>Create compelling content for various platforms including websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media channels.</li><li>Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.</li><li>Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic traffic.</li><li>Support advertising sales initiatives through targeted campaigns and performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Assist in managing budgets for marketing projects while ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B marketing is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in WordPress for website management and HTML for basic coding tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising platforms is a plus.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
