Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in the execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on driving engagement and brand awareness across multiple channels. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in all marketing efforts.

Duties

  • Assist in the development and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms including websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
  • Support advertising sales initiatives through targeted campaigns and performance marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in managing budgets for marketing projects while ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in WordPress for website management and HTML for basic coding tasks.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
