We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales &amp; Procurement Specialist to join our team in Sunrise, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and the timely delivery of products to our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source aircraft parts, materials, and tooling from approved suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms.</li><li>Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in ERP system.</li><li>Track shipments, manage logistics, and follow up on delivery schedules.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure traceability, certification, and compliance with aviation standards.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.</li><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with airlines, MROs, and brokers.</li><li>Quote parts quickly and accurately.</li><li>Manage customer accounts and provide post-sale support.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
