Sales & Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Procurement Specialist to join our team in Sunrise, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and the timely delivery of products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source aircraft parts, materials, and tooling from approved suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms.
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in ERP system.
• Track shipments, manage logistics, and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure traceability, certification, and compliance with aviation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with airlines, MROs, and brokers.
• Quote parts quickly and accurately.
• Manage customer accounts and provide post-sale support.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
