Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Nurse Injector to join our vibrant medical spa team! As a Nurse Injector, you will utilize your advanced nursing skills and aesthetic knowledge to perform botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures. Join us and be part of a team dedicated to elevating beauty and wellness through innovative services and personalized care!Duties<ul><li>Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision, safety, and artistry.</li><li>Conduct skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client&rsquo;s aesthetic goals.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling using advanced salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth daily operations.</li><li>Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and product recommendations to maximize results.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health regulations during procedures to ensure client safety.</li><li>Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products, cosmetic tools, and treatment packages that meet client needs.</li><li>Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and building our online community.</li><li>Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming environment, addressing questions promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Support front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and managing client records efficiently.</li><li>Conduct product demos and educational sessions on new treatments or skincare lines to enhance client engagement.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid nursing license with experience in cosmetic or med spa settings preferred; cosmetology or esthetician licenses are a plus.</li><li>Proven expertise in botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, and makeup application.</li><li>Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with salon software is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong management skills with the ability to oversee treatment rooms and coordinate team activities effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for educating clients about procedures and building lasting relationships.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols, health regulations, and safety standards in medical aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes while maintaining a professional online presence.</li><li>Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to enhance revenue opportunities.</li><li>Passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques like tattooing or esthetic laser treatments.
