Duties

• Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision, safety, and artistry.
• Conduct skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s aesthetic goals.
• Manage appointment scheduling using advanced salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and product recommendations to maximize results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health regulations during procedures to ensure client safety.
• Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products, cosmetic tools, and treatment packages that meet client needs.
• Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and building our online community.
• Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming environment, addressing questions promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and managing client records efficiently.
• Conduct product demos and educational sessions on new treatments or skincare lines to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license with experience in cosmetic or med spa settings preferred; cosmetology or esthetician licenses are a plus.
• Proven expertise in botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, and makeup application.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with salon software is highly desirable.
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee treatment rooms and coordinate team activities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for educating clients about procedures and building lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, health regulations, and safety standards in medical aesthetics.
• Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes while maintaining a professional online presence.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to enhance revenue opportunities.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
