Commission-Based Position
The Parlor is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Nurse Injector with an established book of business to join our growing luxury medical aesthetics practice in Scottsdale.
This opportunity is designed for an injector who has already built a loyal patient following and is looking for an elevated, professional environment in which to grow their business. The ideal candidate is confident performing injectable treatments, conducting comprehensive aesthetic consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining long-term patient relationships.
This is not an entry-level or training position. Applicants must have meaningful hands-on injecting experience and an existing client base they can actively bring to the practice.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive injectable consultations and facial assessments
- Develop customized short- and long-term aesthetic treatment plans
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other injectable treatments within the provider’s scope of practice
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, and maintenance
- Deliver safe, conservative, and natural-looking results
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Capture standardized before-and-after photographs
- Follow all medical protocols, standing orders, infection-control procedures, and Arizona regulatory requirements
- Conduct appropriate patient follow-ups and manage treatment-related concerns
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Retain and grow an established book of business
- Recommend complementary treatments and professional skincare when clinically appropriate
- Participate in practice events, promotional initiatives, content creation, and patient-education opportunities
- Collaborate with the medical director, management, injectors, aestheticians, and front-desk team
- Maintain a polished, professional presence consistent with The Parlor’s luxury brand standards
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Arizona RN, NP, PA, or physician license
- Minimum of two years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred
- Established and transferable book of business
- Demonstrated proficiency with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient selection, complication prevention, and complication management
- Current BLS certification
- Appropriate injectable training and certifications
- Professional liability coverage, as required
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient-retention skills
- Consistent treatment portfolio or before-and-after examples
- Ability to independently convert consultations into appropriate treatment plans
- Commitment to ethical recommendations and patient safety
- Dependable, organized, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation
This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be structured according to experience, treatment volume, product utilization, and the established book of business brought to the practice.
Additional details regarding commission structure, scheduling, supplies, marketing support, and operational resources will be discussed during the interview process.
Schedule
Schedule availability will be determined based on patient demand, the injector’s existing clientele, and the needs of the practice. Some evening or event availability may be requested.
