Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, repair, and maintain various HVAC/R equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications. We are looking for someone with a new construction background that can handle the load of a home from start to finish.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial settings.</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes during installations.</li><li>Document work performed and maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding HVAC systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field of HVAC/R.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb, weld, and perform appliance repairs.</li><li>Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters and other testing equipment.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.</li><li>Certification or training in HVAC installation is a plus but not mandatory.</li></ul>Join us in providing top-notch HVAC solutions while advancing your career in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Payson, UT 84651 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Payson, UT 84651: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
