HVAC Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, repair, and maintain various HVAC/R equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications. We are looking for someone with a new construction background that can handle the load of a home from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes during installations.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field of HVAC/R.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb, weld, and perform appliance repairs.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters and other testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Certification or training in HVAC installation is a plus but not mandatory.
