Property Management Company accepting resumes/applications for the position of &quot;Groundskeeper&quot; for their apartment communities. This is NOT a vendor/contract position. This is not a landscaper position. It is full-time, year-round, with benefits.The position of &ldquo;Groundskeeper&rdquo; is responsible but not limited to the beautification of the property (picking up trash, cleaning pathways, removing leaves, sticks, etc), pressure washing, removing weeds/dead plants, inspection of property and assisting management as needed. Seasonal tasks such as replacement of plants and salting common areas and sidewalks may be needed.
