Groundskeeper

Property Management Company accepting resumes/applications for the position of "Groundskeeper" for their apartment communities. This is NOT a vendor/contract position. This is not a landscaper position. It is full-time, year-round, with benefits.

The position of “Groundskeeper” is responsible but not limited to the beautification of the property (picking up trash, cleaning pathways, removing leaves, sticks, etc), pressure washing, removing weeds/dead plants, inspection of property and assisting management as needed. Seasonal tasks such as replacement of plants and salting common areas and sidewalks may be needed. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean background.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
