Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team! If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy working with complex schematics, and have a passion for mechanical systems, we want to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.</li><li>Conduct plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting and drainage troubleshooting.</li><li>Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for mechanical repairs.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports of all work performed for accountability and future reference.</li><li>Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws as a &lt;PERSON&gt; driver when traveling between job sites.</li><li>Support property maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) projects involving complex mechanical systems.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in related construction/mechanical fields with a strong background in equipment repair.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and system troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration if applicable.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge of boilers, plumbing systems, air conditioning units, and appliance repair is essential.</li><li>Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs.</li><li>Field service experience with property maintenance or appliance repair is highly desirable.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; CDL or &lt;PERSON&gt; driver certification preferred.</li><li>Ability to read technical schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
