You&rsquo;ll coordinate schedules for multiple providers and support smooth daily operations at the front desk.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Greet and assist clients with a positive, professional demeanor.</li><li>Answer/manage phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and courteously.</li><li>Accurately schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers/services.</li><li>Educate clients on procedures, products, pricing, promotions, and treatment protocols.</li><li>Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.</li><li>Uphold HIPAA standards and strict client confidentiality.</li><li>Support inventory restocking and light administrative tasks; collaborate with clinical/support teams.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>Experience in a medical spa, healthcare, or high-end hospitality setting preferred.</li><li>Outstanding customer service and communication skills; friendly, team-oriented, and professional.</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Working knowledge of scheduling software/EMR (e.g., PatientNow) and general computer proficiency.</li><li>Availability Monday&ndash;Friday between 9:00 AM&ndash;7:00 PM (4 days/week schedule).</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here<ul><li>No weekends or major holidays.</li><li>Employee discounts, in-house training &amp; continuing education.</li><li>Health and Retirement Benefits</li><li>A culture centered on safety, education, compassionate care, collaboration, and excellence.</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume and a brief cover letter sharing why you&rsquo;re a great fit for a boutique, patient-centered medical spa.
