We are hiring a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our growing aesthetic clinic!Your main mission is to maximize revenue by upselling &amp; cross-selling services and ensuring an excellent patient experience.&#11835;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and upsell premium services (Botox, Fillers, Facials, Laser, Skin boosters&hellip;)</li><li>Cross-sell between all departments (Laser &rarr; Facial &rarr; Derma &rarr; Dental)</li><li>Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with high conversion rate</li><li>Follow up on pending leads until closing the sale</li><li>Support doctors by reinforcing treatment plan recommendations</li><li>Promote clinic packages and ongoing offers to increase revenue</li><li>Deliver exceptional patient experience and collect positive Google Reviews</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs</li></ul>&#11835;Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in sales (preferably in medical / aesthetics)</li><li>Strong convincing &amp; negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)</li><li>Presentable, confident and customer-oriented</li><li>Ability to work under pressure with high patient flow</li><li>Flexible team player with high energy and positive attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
