Clinic Call Center

We are seeking a female professional and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to manage inbound and outbound patient communications.
This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth appointment coordination for a premium patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments accurately
• Provide clear and accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and procedures
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reminders, and feedback
• Maintain accurate patient records, call logs, and CRM updates
• Coordinate closely with the front desk and medical teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic communication standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, clinic, or customer service role
• Fluent in English , Arabic and french (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with CRM or clinic management systems is an advantage
