Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to clients professionally and efficiently
  

• Confirm, follow up, and rebook appointments across multiple clinic locations
  

• Manage the clinic's digital booking systems and call logs accurately
  

• Provide pet owners with clear, accurate information on services, treatments, and clinic procedures
  

• Coordinate smoothly with our on-site teams to ensure seamless client care
  

• Deliver a warm, friendly, and reassuring experience on every single call
  

Requirements

Required

• Experience in a call centre, receptionist, or client-facing role
  

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English
  

• Comfortable making back-to-back outbound calls in a fast-paced, remote environment
  

• Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed while working from home
  

• Proficient with Google Workspace and online administration or CRM tools
  

• Access to a personal computer and a stable, reliable internet connection
  

• A quiet, professional home workspace
  

Preferred

• Background in veterinary, medical, or animal-related services
  

• Experience with digital booking or practice management systems
