We're looking for an energetic and skilled Accountant to join our Finance team!</b></div><div></div><div><br>
As an <b>Accountant</b> for Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen you'll be responsible for performing the day-to-day finance and accounting activities. You'll work with Sales and Operations to process job closeout and run customer finance as needed.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs day to day accounting functions for King of Prussia region focusing on accounts receivable collections, cash reporting and certain aspects of payroll.</li><li>
Assists in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, financial reports and monthly close processes.</li><li>
Works closely with Controller and Finance team to maintain consistent practices across finance, and continuously strives for process improvement.</li><li>
Supports General Manager, salesforce, and operational teams to deliver world class customer service.</li><li>
Working closing with the Operations and Sales teams to get deposits and final payments processed.</li><li>
Support other ad hoc projects and requests as necessary.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience with <b>QuickBooks</b>, or other financial software.</li><li>
Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.</li><li>
Excellent communication and phone skills.</li><li>
A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.</li><li>
Flexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions.</li><li>
A strong value system, excellent judgement, and unquestioned integrity.</li><li>
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Accounting/Finance.</li><li>

We are currently expanding our Lead Conversion Team, focused on outbound calling and</p>
<p>
appointment setting. This role is responsible for contacting customers who have previously</p>
<p>
expressed interest in our products, including event-generated leads and older database leads,</p>
<p>
with the goal of scheduling in-home consultations.</p>
<p>
This is a high-activity, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are comfortable</p>
<p>
making outbound calls, working toward goals, and contributing to a fast-paced team</p>
<p>
environment.</p>
<p>
**Base pay $19/hour plus Bonuses**</p>
<p><b>
Job Description</b></p>
<p>
This position reports to the Lead Conversion Supervisor and ISC Leadership Team. The primary</p>
<p>
purpose of the Lead Conversion Specialist is to place outbound calls to prospective and</p>
<p>
previous customers to secure in-home sales consultations.</p>
<p>
This role is outbound-focused only and does not include inbound call handling.</p>
<p>
General Responsibilities</p>
<ul><li>Place a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to schedule in-home</li></ul>
<p>
consultations</p>
<ul><li>Follow up with Register-to-Win (RTW) event leads and database nurture leads</li></ul>
<ul><li>Re-engage customers who previously expressed interest but did not schedule or</li></ul>
<p>
canceled appointments</p>
<ul><li>Follow approved call scripts and communication guidelines</li></ul>
<ul><li>Accurately document all call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM system</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain daily production targets, including call volume and performance metrics</li></ul>
<ul><li>Schedule qualified appointments according to company guidelines</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate with other departments as needed to verify or obtain information</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development</li></ul>
<p>

<ul><li>Maintain 320+ outbound calls per day (1,600+ weekly)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Achieve target performance metrics, including:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Set Rate (appointment conversion)</li></ul>

<ul><li>Issue Rate (appointment quality / show rate)</li></ul>

Education / Experience Required</p>
