Position Overview
Renewal by Andersen of Houston is an Andersen Company dedicated to serving local
homeowners. We understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable, efficient, and
beautiful home, and we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We are currently expanding our Lead Conversion Team, focused on outbound calling and
appointment setting. This role is responsible for contacting customers who have previously
expressed interest in our products, including event-generated leads and older database leads,
with the goal of scheduling in-home consultations.
This is a high-activity, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are comfortable
making outbound calls, working toward goals, and contributing to a fast-paced team
environment.
**Base pay $19/hour plus Bonuses**
Job Description
This position reports to the Lead Conversion Supervisor and ISC Leadership Team. The primary
purpose of the Lead Conversion Specialist is to place outbound calls to prospective and
previous customers to secure in-home sales consultations.
This role is outbound-focused only and does not include inbound call handling.
