Inside Sales Appointment Setter / Customer Reactivation Specialist

Full-Time | Base Pay + Appointment

We are looking for a persistent, persuasive, and organized Inside Sales Appointment Setter to turn incoming leads, previous customers, and undecided prospects into qualified showroom and in-home appointments.

This is not a cold door-to-door canvassing position. You will work from our office using company-provided leads, an established customer database, and our CRM system.

What You Will Do

You will contact approximately 40 to 60 customers and prospects per day through phone calls, text messages, and email.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Immediately contacting 5 to 10 new inbound leads each day.
  • Qualifying customers and scheduling showroom or in-home appointments.
  • Following up with 10 to 15 customers who have already visited or received an estimate.
  • Bringing undecided customers back for a second appointment.
  • Contacting 10 to 20 previous customers from our database of approximately 7,000 clients.
  • Offering previous customers additional services, including kitchen packages, cabinet projects, countertop upgrades, repairs, and countertop sealing.
  • Confirming appointments and reducing cancellations and no-shows.
  • Recording every call, conversation, appointment, and follow-up in the CRM.
  • Communicating important customer information to the sales representative before the appointment.
  • Following up consistently until the customer buys, declines, or requests no further contact.

This Is a Sales Position

Your job is not simply to schedule as many appointments as possible.

You must determine whether the customer has a real project, understand their needs, answer initial questions, create urgency, and explain why visiting our showroom or scheduling an in-home consultation is the correct next step.

We want qualified customers who are prepared to discuss their project and make a decision, not people who are only coming to look around.

Compensation

  • $600-700 weekly base pay
  • $10 for every qualified appointment that attends
  • $40 for every completed sale generated from your appointment
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Paid training
  • Full-time, year-round position

Strong performers should be able to earn approximately $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous appointment-setting, telemarketing, inside-sales, call-center, or customer follow-up experience.
  • Confident and professional phone communication.
  • Ability to handle objections without becoming aggressive.
  • Strong follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable making repeated outbound calls.
  • Ability to create urgency and ask directly for the appointment.
  • Organized and consistent with CRM documentation.
  • Competitive and motivated by measurable results.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Fluent conversational English.

Experience in home improvement, cabinets, countertops, flooring, roofing, windows, remodeling, automotive sales, furniture, real estate, or other appointment-based sales industries is strongly preferred.

Performance Expectations

Success will be measured using:

  • Speed of response to new leads.
  • Number of qualified appointments scheduled.
  • Appointment attendance rate.
  • Percentage of appointments that become sales.
  • Revenue generated from your appointments.
  • Previous customers successfully reactivated.
  • Accuracy and consistency inside the CRM.

This position is best for someone who enjoys talking with people, follows up persistently, and understands that most customers do not schedule or purchase after only one call.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
