Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Remote (Uncapped Commission)

HappyPane is a window cleaning company in South Florida, and we're growing. We need people to call leads and book cleaning jobs over the phone. You get paid hourly no matter what — plus 15% of every job you book on top of it.

**What you'll do**
- Call a list of leads we give you (you don't find your own — we hand you the list)
- Set appointments and book window cleaning jobs
- Follow up with people who didn't answer the first time
- Log your calls in our system (we'll show you how)

**What we're looking for**
- You're comfortable talking on the phone
- You show up and make the calls
- A computer or phone and a quiet place to work
- No experience needed — we train you

**Pay**
- Plus 22% commission on every job you book
- Paid weekly
- Most jobs run $200–$500, so you earn roughly $40–$125 every time you book one — no cap on how many

**Schedule**
- 100% remote, work from home
- Full-time or part-time, hours are flexible
