Overview Renoxx Caregivers is seeking an Entry-Level Architectural Designer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about architecture, interior design, and construction. This position is designed to foster growth, creativity, and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in developing conceptual designs and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and ArchiCAD.</li><li>Support project scheduling efforts to ensure timely completion of design phases and deliverables.</li><li>Prepare visual presentations and sketches using Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other visualization tools to communicate design ideas effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams on construction estimating, budgeting, and contract negotiations to ensure project feasibility.</li><li>Contribute to construction management activities including site visits, renovation oversight, and coordination with contractors utilizing construction management software like NavisWorks.</li><li>Participate in client meetings and business development activities by preparing proposals and presentations.</li><li>Assist in drafting contracts, reviewing specifications, and supporting project management tasks related to interior design and renovation projects.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Recent graduation or equivalent experience in architecture, interior design, or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper), SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and renovation techniques.</li><li>Experience with project scheduling software and construction estimating tools is a plus.</li><li>Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail; ability to produce clear technical drawings.</li><li>Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and contractors.</li><li>Demonstrated interest in business development activities such as proposal preparation or client presentations.
