Job description:<ul><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues reported by end-users, both remotely and on-site.</li><li>Repair or replace defective hardware components, such as motherboards, hard drives, RAM modules, graphics cards, power supplies, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).</li><li>Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals.</li><li>Perform hardware maintenance tasks, including cleaning, dusting, and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Ensure proper cable management and organization within computer systems and network setups.</li><li>Collaborate with software technicians or system administrators to resolve hardware-related software issues.</li><li>Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on hardware-related matters.</li><li>Follow proper procedures for handling sensitive or confidential data during hardware repairs or upgrades.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of hardware repairs, replacements, and inventory.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with new hardware technologies, advancements, and industry trends.</li><li>Assist in the procurement and testing of new hardware components and peripherals.</li><li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
