IT Service Technician

Job description:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues reported by end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Repair or replace defective hardware components, such as motherboards, hard drives, RAM modules, graphics cards, power supplies, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals.
• Perform hardware maintenance tasks, including cleaning, dusting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper cable management and organization within computer systems and network setups.
• Collaborate with software technicians or system administrators to resolve hardware-related software issues.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on hardware-related matters.
• Follow proper procedures for handling sensitive or confidential data during hardware repairs or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware repairs, replacements, and inventory.
• Keep up-to-date with new hardware technologies, advancements, and industry trends.
• Assist in the procurement and testing of new hardware components and peripherals.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
