 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Manage daily operations of the car rental and leasing business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee
 
 fleet management
 
 activities including procurement, registration, insurance, maintenance, utilization, and disposal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of rental agents, fleet supervisors, and warehouse officers to deliver outstanding service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement
 
 cost-control strategies
 
 to achieve revenue targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish, monitor, and optimize
 
 operational systems and replacement strategies
 
 for maximum efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with
 
 corporate clients, service providers, car dealers, and insurance partners
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare operational reports and KPIs for senior management to guide strategic decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with
 
 local regulations, safety standards, and insurance policies
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise performance evaluation, identify training needs, and encourage staff development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee budgeting, planning, and auditing processes to support sustainable growth.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 
 in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 10+ years
 
 of experience in car rental operations, fleet management, or automotive industry, including
 
 at least 5 years in a managerial role
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a
 
 fast-paced service environment
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 commercial acumen
 
 with solid understanding of fleet utilization, pricing, and customer service practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual proficiency:
 
 Fluency in English (required)
 
 ; Arabic is an added advantage.
 </li>
