OverviewThe Sales &amp; Marketing Associate supports brand growth and revenue generation by combining marketing execution with active field sales engagement. This role blends creativity, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination with hands-on promotion of products, clinic visits, and relationship-building with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The position requires both strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills, with regular interaction with healthcare professionals and partners.Key Responsibilities � � Sales Responsibilities &bull; Promote and sell company products to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals &bull; Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and maintain existing accounts &bull; Deliver product presentations and demonstrations &bull; Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers &bull; Identify new business opportunities and support territory growth &bull; Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth &bull; Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence from the field� � Marketing Responsibilities &bull; Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital &amp; offline) &bull; Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials &bull; Support product launches, events, workshops, and conferences &bull; Conduct market research and competitor analysis &bull; Track campaign and sales performance metrics and prepare reports &bull; Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand consistencyKey Skills <ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills &bull; Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in client-facing interactions &bull; Social media and digital marketing knowledge &bull; Basic data analysis (Excel, Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.) &bull; Organizational and coordination skills &bull; Ability to build professional relationships with clinicians and stakeholders &bull; Willingness to travel for field visits and events &bull; Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Compensation &amp; Benefits</li></ul><ul><li>Competitive tax-free salary package &bull; Comprehensive health insurance coverage &bull; Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities &bull; Professional development and training support &bull; Exposure to international healthcare markets and industry leaders</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
