sales & marketing associate

Overview

The Sales & Marketing Associate supports brand growth and revenue generation by combining marketing execution with active field sales engagement. This role blends creativity, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination with hands-on promotion of products, clinic visits, and relationship-building with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The position requires both strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills, with regular interaction with healthcare professionals and partners.

Key Responsibilities

� � Sales Responsibilities • Promote and sell company products to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals • Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and maintain existing accounts • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers • Identify new business opportunities and support territory growth • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth • Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence from the field

� � Marketing Responsibilities • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline) • Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials • Support product launches, events, workshops, and conferences • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Track campaign and sales performance metrics and prepare reports • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills • Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in client-facing interactions • Social media and digital marketing knowledge • Basic data analysis (Excel, Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.) • Organizational and coordination skills • Ability to build professional relationships with clinicians and stakeholders • Willingness to travel for field visits and events • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Compensation & Benefits
