If you have excellent English skills and enjoy engaging with professionals over the phone, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential respondents and clients in the US market.Explain surveys, studies, or research opportunities clearly and professionally.Schedule appointments and confirm participation for market research studies.Maintain accurate call logs, respondent databases, and appointment trackers.Build strong professional relationships with respondents and clients.Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.Required Skills:Excellent English communication skills &ndash; both verbal and written.Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and listening skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Prior experience in telecalling, market research, or US-based client interaction is a plus.Educational Qualification:HSC / B.Com / B.E. / B.Pharm / B.Sc / MBA or equivalent degree.Salary &amp; Benefits:Base Salary + Performance-based Incentives.Attractive rewards for meeting and exceeding appointment targets.Career growth opportunities in market research and client engagement.Work Timing:US Shift (Night Shift) &ndash; Monday to Friday [07:00 pm to 04:00 am].Why Join Us:Rewarding performance-based structure.Supportive team and professional work culture.Gain exposure to US market research processes and international clients.Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
