Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential respondents and clients in the US market.

Explain surveys, studies, or research opportunities clearly and professionally.

Schedule appointments and confirm participation for market research studies.

Maintain accurate call logs, respondent databases, and appointment trackers.

Build strong professional relationships with respondents and clients.

Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.

Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and listening skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Prior experience in telecalling, market research, or US-based client interaction is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

HSC / B.Com / B.E. / B.Pharm / B.Sc / MBA or equivalent degree.

US Shift (Night Shift) – Monday to Friday [07:00 pm to 04:00 am].
