Telecaller-Logistics Sales

Beeline Shipping LLC is looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) logistics team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting our freight and shipping services, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain NVOCC services and understand their logistics needs.

b. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

c. Follow up with existing leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

d. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to provide accurate information to customers.

e. Maintain records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

f. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

g. Handle customer queries regarding shipment schedules, documentation, rates, and services.

h. Promote import/export FCL/LCL services via ocean freight.

i. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and service updates.

Requirements:-

1. Experience required : 1+ years of proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in logistics sales (NVOCC experience preferred).

2. Qualification - Any degree

3. Knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, and container logistics.

4. Strong communication and persuasion skills.

5. Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
