Physical Therapist (Neuro / Brain Injury Rehabilitation)Resilire Neuro is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our neurological rehabilitation team, working with individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Our purpose is to empower people to live their fullest, most resilient lives by focusing on potential, dignity, and individualized support.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Perform physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and reassessments using evidence-based practices</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, gait, transfers, and functional mobility</li><li>Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including OT, SLP, nursing, case management, and behavioral health</li><li>Support clients in achieving meaningful personal goals related to daily living and community participation</li><li>Educate clients, families, and staff on therapeutic strategies, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques</li><li>Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards</li><li>Conduct home and community mobility assessments and recommend adaptive equipment or environmental modifications</li><li>Participate in care conferences and team meetings, contributing clinical insight and collaborative problem-solving</li><li>Maintain professional and ethical standards while engaging in ongoing professional development</li></ul>Clinical Focus Areas<ul><li>Neurological rehabilitation / neuro rehab</li><li>Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)</li><li>Functional mobility and gait training</li><li>Balance, transfers, and fall prevention</li><li>Interdisciplinary, team-based care</li></ul>What You BringRequired:<ul><li>Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT or Master&rsquo;s)</li><li>Active Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain; available on site)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>Preferred (not required):<ul><li>Experience in neurological rehabilitation, brain injury, or complex rehab populations</li><li>Experience working with TBI or behavioral health considerations</li><li>Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology</li><li>Experience with electronic medical record systems</li></ul>Physical Therapists with transferable experience (outpatient, inpatient, hospital-based, or SNF) and a genuine interest in neuro rehab are encouraged to apply.What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation aligned with experience and licensure</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance</li><li>401(k) with employer matching</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>License reimbursement</li><li>A supportive, collaborative interdisciplinary team</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a mission-focused neurorehabilitation organization</li></ul>Ready to Apply?If you&rsquo;re looking for Physical Therapy work that is thoughtful, meaningful, and impactful, we&rsquo;d love to connect.Click Apply Now to submit your resume.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
