Job Summary Join our dynamic roofing team as a Roofing Crew Lead with your crew, where your energy and craftsmanship will help deliver top-quality roofing solutions to our clients. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You&rsquo;ll be instrumental in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs using a variety of tools and techniques, ensuring durable results that stand the test of time.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment</li><li>Understand homeowner needs and wants in regards to their roof replacement or repair</li><li>Prepare job sites by setting up safety barriers and staging materials efficiently</li><li>Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials such as shingles, plywood, and metal flashing</li><li>Use caulking, trim carpentry, and other finishing techniques to achieve high-quality roof edges and details</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely throughout the project</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience or hands-on work with roofing projects is required</li><li>Familiarity with standard dimensional shingles and their method of installation</li><li>Experience with diagnosing roof repairs or water leaks and having the knowledge to fix them in a timely manner</li><li>Knowledge of roofing tools and machinery is required</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights on ladders</li><li>Previous roofing experience is a requirement</li><li>MUST provide your own dump trailer as well as general liability and workman's comp insurance for you and your crew</li><li>MUST provide all roofing tools and machinery for your crew</li><li>MUST be willing to communicate with salesman and office staff regarding the status of your roofing job</li></ul>Join us if you're ready to contribute your skills in a lively team environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth.
