This year, it is Cabo San Lucas!```Responsibilities:``` - Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to ongoing litigation cases - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Prepare and organize case materials for trial - Assist in the discovery process, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions - Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation```Qualifications:``` - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association in the relevant jurisdiction - Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation - Proficiency in legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Prior experience in litigation or a related field is preferred but not requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $141,981.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Omaha, NE 68136 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Omaha, NE 68136: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
