About the Firm
Resolute Law is a business law, family law, civil litigation, and estate planning law firm. With regard to our clients, we are a firm that is committed to helping them find the results they need in their specific case. With regard to our employees, we are a firm that is committed to:
1. Creating the absolute best environement for practicing law. Every decision we make in business is based on one simple question, "Does this make practicing law better or worse?"
2. Helping our attorneys BUILD a practice and a career that makes them happy, fulfilled, proud of what they do, and proud of why they do it. This starts with you sitting down with firm leadership to discuss, what kind of work you want to do, what kind of clients you want to serve, how you want to market and network, how the firm can help you in your marketing and networking efforts, what kind of help you will need from your support staff, how much money you want to make, what your professional goals are, and what makes you as an individual tick.
3. Paying our attorneys like partners. Resolute Law understands that you went to law school to build a better and fulfilling life. A big part of having a better and fulfilling life, is having a solid income. At Resolute Law, every attorney is paid a base salary for a small minimum amount of hours. Then they are paid a percentage of each and every dollar they bring in to the firm beyond their hourly minimum, no matter how much. Additionally, each attorney is paid a referral commission for each matter they bring into Resolute Law's book of business, even if they do not work on that client's matter.
4. Focusing on what matters. That is why we take all of our employees on an all expenses paid trip every year. This year, it is Cabo San Lucas!
