The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating photorealistic renderings and animations for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to bring conceptual designs to life.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create high-quality 3D visualizations, including still images and animations, for architectural projects.</li><li>Develop detailed and accurate 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, and other reference materials.</li><li>Produce photorealistic renderings with appropriate lighting, textures, and materials.</li><li>Collaborate with the design team to ensure visualizations accurately represent design intent.</li><li>Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visuals.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software advancements.</li><li>Participate in client presentations and meetings as required.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years of experience in architectural visualization or a related role.</li><li>Proficiency in 3D modeling software</li><li>Strong skills in rendering software (Corona)</li><li>Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, lighting, and materials.</li><li>Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Share portfolio link</li></ul>Work Location: In person
