Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating photorealistic renderings and animations for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to bring conceptual designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, including still images and animations, for architectural projects.
• Develop detailed and accurate 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, and other reference materials.
• Produce photorealistic renderings with appropriate lighting, textures, and materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visualizations accurately represent design intent.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visuals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software advancements.
• Participate in client presentations and meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in architectural visualization or a related role.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software
• Strong skills in rendering software (Corona)
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, lighting, and materials.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
