They have retail shops located in North Austin, Cedar Park, as well as ship nationwide.The role they are seeking is to fulfill a mix of retail and production associate. You will be responsible for selling products, educating customers on RESTART &amp; cannabis in general, assisting in inventory counts, shipping, and potentially packing.*YOU COULD MAKE UP TO $17+/HOUR WITH A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE &amp; BE A PART OF A GROWING SMALL BUSINESS*Responsibilities:<ul><li>Expertly advise customers are the benefits of Cannabis</li><li>Welcome and identify customer needs</li><li>Explain products and services to customers: must be knowledgeable in Cannabis and willing to learn</li><li>Enter and process customer orders via our sales system</li><li>Be a team player &amp; proactive. Small business requires all employees to help one another and be flexible with the day to day tasks!</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li><li>Passion for cannabis and eager to learn about the industry as a whole</li><li>Passion for helping individuals</li><li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Ability to do basic math (counting cash, inventory counts, etc.)</li><li>Ability to build rapport with customers</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>What we're looking for in a Part-Time position:<ul><li>Must be available 5 days a week</li><li>Must be available for AM shifts (9:30am - 1pm)</li><li>Must have a reliable form of transportation</li><li>Must be willing to work weekends and holidays</li><li>Go-getter attitude and eagerness to get tasks done</li><li>Self-starter</li><li>Works well on a team and communicates effectively</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
